An anonymous whistleblower has uncovered a wonderful trove of information on how the Lucy Letby case took off, as well as giving his (or her) personal interpretation of the motives of those involved. In order to learn from this catastrophe we have to understand its genesis. Here it is: 150 pages, 1.4 MB. Well structured. Introduction, table of contents … finishing with thoughtful conclusions.
